Troye Sivan<\/a> has dropped his new She\u2019s the Best<\/em><\/a> single, \u201cParty<\/a>.\u201d Built around a prominent sample of Madonna\u2019s<\/a> Y2K single \u201cMusic,\u201d the track comes with a risqu\u00e9, baroque video directed by Gordon von Steiner. Sivan plays a Medieval knight in the clip, which also features a voiceover courtesy of Sir Ian McKellen. That\u2019s right: Gandalf himself narrates the new Troye Sivan video.
