“It just got to where I am not exhausted at every point of it,” she continued. “..I feel like if you’re gonna be in a relationship, you have to be willing to give some of your time up, and I am unwilling.”<\/p>\n
She says she and her children have settled into a routine \u2014 both as a family and as residents of New York City. The singer moved there from Los Angeles in 2023.<\/p>\n
“We’re having fun. We’re cooking. We’re playing games. I’m there at pickup, or I’m there dropping off,” Clarkson continues.<\/p>\n
“It’s a beautiful city, I will say, to raise kids in,” she says. “Because I wasn’t really exposed to different cultures. I wasn’t really exposed to anything like that. Like, I love where I grew up. Obviously, I turned out alright, but I just meant it’s a cool thing for them to just have every color of the rainbow, every color of personality, everything. You know what I’m saying? It’s awesome.”<\/p>\n
