\n\tMiley, J Balvin<\/a>, and Stella Lefty<\/a> are among the stacked lineup of artists contributing to the soundtrack for Season Three of the hit show Nobody Wants This<\/a><\/em>. The album arrives on Oct. 23, one day after the romantic comedy series premieres its third season.<\/p>\n \n\tMegan Moroney, Ellie Goulding, Ravyn Lenae, Metric, Bailey Zimmerman, Maisie Peters, Noga Erez, Mimi Webb, Jessie Murph, Alyssa Grace, Cameron Whitcomb, Bella Kay, and Elle Coves round out the musicians performing on the new set, which also includes an original score suite from composer Duncan Blickenstaff.<\/p>\n \n\tAmong the songs appearing on the soundtrack are J Balvin\u2019s \u201cClick Click Flash,\u201d which previously appeared in video game Fortnite, a demo of Miley\u2019s song \u201cYou,\u201d which appears on 2023\u2019s Endless Summer Vacation<\/em>, and Stella Lefty & Bailey Zimmerman\u2019s previously unreleased \u201cMy Kind of Love.\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tThe compilation was produced by the show\u2019s executive producer and soundtrack album producer Simon Tikhman alongside Jeff Levin, Chief Zaruk, and Ian Cripps.<\/p>\n \n\tSeason Two soundtrack featured songs by Kacey Musgraves, Role Model, Finneas, and Selena Gomez, among others. Show creator Erin Foster told Rolling Stone<\/em> why Gomez\u2019s \u201cIn the Dark<\/a>\u201d was chosen. \u201cWe knew we needed a song that could hold the weight of that moment \u2014 where Joanne [Kristen Bell] and Noah [Adam Brody] are putting on a brave face at Morgan\u2019s engagement party, but underneath they\u2019re falling apart,\u201d Foster said. \u201c\u2018In The Dark\u2019 felt like it was written for that exact emotional state: Pretending everything\u2019s fine when it\u2019s not, reaching for connection even when you\u2019re hurting. Selena\u2019s voice has this aching vulnerability that made the scene feel even more raw. It captures that.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe multiple Emmy-nominated Nobody Wants This <\/em>follows the love story between Bell\u2019s Joanne and Brody\u2019s Noah. In Season Two, the couple dealt with making the relationship work, which culminates in tensions between the pair \u2014 and without totally spoiling it, suffice to say that does not end so well.<\/p>\n
