The 60th annual celebration of country music will also feature a tribute to Dolly Parton<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
\n\tThe first round of performers for the upcoming 60th Annual CMA Awards<\/a> has been announced, and it looks, well, pretty similar to last year (with one particularly humble and kind<\/a> addition). <\/p>\n \n\tElla Langley<\/a>, Kacey Musgraves<\/a>, Red Clay Strays, Zach Top<\/a>, Miranda Lambert<\/a>, and Tucker Wetmore<\/a> are all returning after taking the stage at 2025\u2019s honors, with Entertainer of the Year nominee Cody Johnson<\/a> and Tim McGraw<\/a> rounding out the list. Hosted by Lainey Wilson<\/a> and airing live from Nashville\u2019s Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 18, the night will also boast a tribute to late country legend Dolly Parton<\/a> that is sure to be star-studded.<\/p>\n \n\tMcGraw\u2019s upcoming appearance at the CMA Awards will be his first since 2017, when he and Faith Hill sung their nominated duet \u201cThe Rest of Our Life\u201d (and we can\u2019t lie, we\u2019d love to see Hill up there,<\/a> too). It\u2019s been a banner year for McGraw, who just celebrated his induction<\/a> into the Country Music Hall of Fame, and kicked off his residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas this week.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tWhat hasn\u2019t been announced yet is what songs any of the artists are planning on bringing to the stage \u2014 or if they are collaborating with one another. While \u201cChoosin\u2019 Texas\u201d has dominated the charts <\/a>and the zeitgeist <\/a>this year \u2014 and now, even the midterm elections <\/a>\u2014 Langley already performed the massive hit at 2025\u2019s awards. Will she and Lambert tackle their duet \u201cSnakeskin Boots<\/a>\u201d? We\u2019d love to see it \u2014 as much as we\u2019d also love to see Musgraves bring a Spanish language song like her collaboration with Intocable <\/a>on \u201cUncertain, Texas\u201d\u00a0to the CMAs.\u00a0<\/p>\n
