The Strokes<\/a> dropped by Saturday Night Live<\/em> last night to perform songs from their latest album Reality Awaits<\/em><\/a> alongside first-time host Druski. Still<\/a> sans<\/a> longtime guitarist Nick Valensi, the band performed \u201cLonely in the Future\u201d and \u201cGoing Shopping.\u201d Walton Goggins, the star of the latter song\u2018s music video<\/a>, joined in on the bongos when they played it. Watch both performances below.<\/p>\n The set marked the New York group\u2019s fifth time on SNL.<\/em> They last featured on the show six years ago, behind their 2020 album The New Abnormal<\/em><\/a>. This time around, their performance arrived on the tail of North American and European legs of their Reality Awaits tour<\/a>, which will bring them to Mexico, South America, and Australia in the coming months.
