Grammy winner has not yet revealed what caused the incident

Lil Nas X revealed he’s suffering from a mysterious case of partial facial paralysis, posting a video from a hospital bed on Monday after the condition sent him to seek medical attention. The rapper has yet to reveal what caused the incident.

In the original video shared to his 10 million followers, Lil Nas X kept a positive attitude about the ordeal, joking and demonstrating how half his face had become immobile. “I can’t even laugh right, bro,” he said while showing a lopsided smile. He showed more of his paralysis on his Instagram story. As his night progressed, he requested of his fans: “Stop being sad for me! Shake ur ass for me instead!”
