Post Malone Ex-Fiancée Files for Custody of Their Daughter

Hee Sung “Jamie” Park filed in Los Angeles, listing that their child has been living solely with her since November 2024

Post Malone‘s ex-fiancée, whose name had been kept private for years, filed for custody of their two-year-old daughter on Wednesday, according to a document obtained by Rolling Stone Friday.

In the filing, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park filed for custody in Los Angeles Superior Court, requesting primary physical custody of their daughter and referring to her child with Post Malone only by her initials, DDP. According to the documents, Park also seeks joint legal custody and is willing to give Malone visitation rights. The filing requests that Malone cover the legal fees associated with the child custody change.

A separate, related filing viewed by Rolling Stone shows Park list that their child has been living solely with her since November 2024. Before that, Park writes that their daughter had lived with both parents between her birth on May 26, 2022, and November 2024.

A rep for Malone and a lawyer for Park did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment.

Last August, Post Malone spoke to CBS Sunday Morning and shared how their daughter has impacted his life and career. Fatherhood, he said at the time, “changes your life in the best way ever. And the most beautiful thing is, she has a beautiful mom.”

Malone said at the time that both his daughter and her mother saved his life. “Four years ago, I was on a rough path,” he said. “It was terrible.”

In September 2023, Malone told CR Fashion Book that he preferred to keep his family and personal relationships away from the spotlight. “I feel like a lot of people feel entitled to know every single detail of everyone’s life and it’s why I don’t want to post any pictures of my baby, because I want her to be able to make that decision whenever she wants to and is ready,” he said at the time.
