See Sabrina Carpenter Celebrate Halloween With in-Concert Costumes

Singer’s pre-Halloween gig in Dallas also featured her dressing up as Tinkerbell and a Playboy bunny

Sabrina Carpenter celebrated Halloween early Wednesday night at her concert in Dallas, donning a variety of costumes onstage, which also included one musical surprise.

During the show at the American Airlines Center, Carpenter came out dressed as Olivia Newton-John’s Sandy character from the movie Grease and performed a rendition of that late singer’s hit from the film “Hopeless Devoted to You,” a song Carpenter has covered frequently in concert, albeit not in costume.

Carpenter also dressed up as Pinocchio’s Tinkerbell as well as a Playboy bunny during the show.

As Marie Claire notes, Carpenter usually goes all out for Halloween, with costumes in recent years including Alicia Silverstone’s Cher from Clueless, Rapunzel, an outfit inspired by Britney Spears’ all-denim look, Jennifer Coolidge’s character from A Cinderella Story, and costumes inspired by characters played by Emma Stone and Lindsey Lohan.

Carpenter’s Short N Sweet tour continues November 1 in Denver. This past weekend, between her own concerts, Carpenter briefly rejoined Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour gig in New Orleans to serve as surprise guest on a mash-up of her hits “Espresso” and “Please Please Please.”
