The singer continued his performance at State Farm Stadium as planned after the accident
Post Malone took an unexpected fall from the stage during a recent stop on his current Big Ass Stadium Tour. The incident, which was captured by a fan on social media, occurred while the singer was performing “Pour Me a Drink” at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, over the weekend.
In the now-viral clip, Malone approaches a fan in the front row of the venue with his red Solo cup and tries to cheers her before tumbling off the stage. The singer got back up and continued the show unharmed, although the fan was all apologies in her TikTok post. She captioned the video, “I am SO sorry Austin. I love you! Such an amazing show.” She added, “I didn’t mean to almost break your back.”
Malone previously fell off the stage in 2022 while performing at St. Louis’ Enterprise Center on his Twelve Carat tour. The fall resulted in bruised ribs and Malone being briefly hospitalized. “I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis, and I want to say thank you guys so much for coming to the show,” Malone said in a video afterward. “And next time I’m around this way, we’re gonna do a two-hour show for you so we can make up for the couple missed songs that we missed.”
Malone is currently on tour in North America in support of his most recent LP, F-1 Trillion. The trek continues in Europe and Asia later this summer. Earlier this year the singer headlined Coachella, a raucous set that featured collaborations with Ed Sheeran and Jelly Roll.
