Hulk Hogan’s Wife Breaks Her Silence

Sky Daily posted to Instagram around 9AM on Friday morning (July 25), one day after Hogan’s death.

“I wasn’t ready for this … and my heart is in pieces,” she says.

“He had been dealing with some health issues,” she continues, “but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time.”

So far, Daily is the only member of Hogan’s immediate family to share thoughts and feelings publicly. Daughter Brooke Hogan took her Instagram private, and son Nick hasn’t posted since Father’s Day.

Here is the rest of Daily’s statement, followed by her post.

This loss is sudden and impossible to process. To the world, he was a legend… but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart.

Hulk loved his fans so much and despite his growing physical discomfort, he did everything he could to show up, sign autographs, take photos, and connect with the people who supported him through it all. You meant everything to him.

He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he’s been welcomed home.

Please keep his family and all of us who loved him in your prayers as we try to navigate this new reality.

Who Is Hulk Hogan’s Widow?

Sky Daily is a 46-year-old yoga instructor. She and Hogan married in September 2023 at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Clearwater, Fla. (where Hogan has lived for many years).

Prior to Daily, Hogan was married twice. Linda Hogan is the mother of his two children. They married in 1983 and divorced in 2009.

In 2010, Hogan married Jennifer McDaniel. They divorced in 2021.

How Did Hulk Hogan Die?

Daily alludes to several health battles, but fans know that in recent years Hogan underwent many surgeries related to injuries suffered during his wrestling career, including 10 back surgeries in 10 years.

TMZ shared that he went into cardiac arrest on Thursday morning at his Florida home. He died at a Clearwater hospital approximately 90 minutes later.

“Our beloved Terry Bollea, known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, passed away today surrounded by his loved ones,” a statement from the family reads. “At this time of grief, we ask that everyone please respect the privacy of his family and friends.”

“May we all take solace in the wonderful memories he left behind for the millions of fans worldwide whose lives he touched for more than four decades. He will be missed, but never forgotten.”
