Ree Drummond’s Son Loses His License After 2024 Arrest

Ree Drummond’s son wants his driver’s license back after a 2024 arrest, but a judge says “No.”

The 22-year-old isn’t done fighting yet, however.

Earlier this month, Bryce Drummond learned that the Oklahoma Court of Civic Appeals would uphold a decision to revoke his driver’s license. It sounds like the penalty will stick into the fall.

Why Was Ree Drummond’s Son Arrested?

USA Today recalled the details of Bryce Drummond’s arrest on May 11, 2024. Cops were investigating a disturbance near the family home and spotted a pickup truck with lights on nearby.

Bryce Drummond was in the driver’s seat, and sobriety tests indicated that he might be intoxicated. He was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of suspicion of actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

Eleven months later, a judge dismissed that charge, but a civil action resulted in him losing his license.

That’s what he was appealing earlier this month. His lawyer says they’ll take the case to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

A wrinkle in the case is that Bryce Drummond was pulled over and ticketed for driving with a revoked license, but a court would later dismiss that charge.

Who Are Ree Drummond’s Kids?

Bryce Drummond is Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond’s oldest son, but he’s the third of her five children with husband Ladd. He currently attends Oklahoma State Univeristy.

Alex Drummond, 28, is oldest. The Texas A&M grad is now married with a kid and works back on the ranch with her mother.

Paige Drummond is 25 years old. She’s a University of Arkansas graduate who returned home to work on the family ranch full-time, as well. In 2019, she was arrested on minor in possession and public intoxication charges.

Jamar Goff is Ree and Ladd Drummond’s adopted son. The 22-year-old went to University of Central Oklahoma after high school.

Todd Drummond is the baby of the family. The 21-year-old sent to University of South Dakota after high school and played football there.

Is The Pioneer Woman Still on?

The Pioneer Woman is still filming and airing on the Food Network. Last May, the show finished Season 39.

Season 1 began in August 2011.

The show stemmed from Ree Drummond’s blog and the popularity has allowed her to become household brand, with cookbooks, home goods and more featuring her likeness.
