Kane Brown says he achieved his recent weight loss and body transformation without the use of performance-enhancing drugs — and he’d be willing to prove it.
The singer has always been focused on fitness, but since early this spring, he’s kicked his exercise and diet regiment up several notches.
He recently posted some “before” and “after” shots, and in just four months, the difference is pretty dramatic. Brown is sporting a much leaner and more defined figure.

The singer has shared some details about how he did it. He says fasting, maintaining a caloric deficit and cutting out alcohol were all part of his method.
But some simply don’t believe that he could have achieved results that dramatic, that quickly.
In a since-deleted Instagram Stories slide, Brown responded to one social media user who all but accused him of using steroids, and hiding it.
Kane Brown Weight Loss Responds
“I fully support anyone who wants to do performance enhancing drugs. What I don’t support is them doing them and acting like they didn’t, making people think this is possible,” that user said.
“This isn’t even remotely possible even with world class genetics,” they added, saying, “Just don’t lie.”
Brown laughed off the comment, and made it clear he thinks the accusation is so ludicrous, he wouldn’t mind taking a drug test to clear things up.
“I f’n love it!!!” he said. “Please on God drug test me.”
How Did Kane Brown Transform His Body So Quickly?
Brown’s commitment to fitness is certainly rigorous.
In earlier posts, he responded to some fans asking for tips on how to achieve similarly dramatic results.
He said he started his journey with a 60-hour fast, ingesting only black coffee and water during this time.
After that, he remained highly selective about what he eats.
“Meat and veggies,” he said in one comment, replying to a fan who asked about his diet.
“If I eat carbs I eat them early in the day so they are gone by the time I go to sleep. I don’t eat after 8PM either.”
He also said that he’s given up alcohol as part of his regimen.
“It won’t kill you but if you work out alcohol is the worst for muscle recovery,” Brown continued. “I need my tequila for shows but I’ve been going dry lately.”
