Estate Haim Married Jonathan Levin on New Year’s Eve

Singer says goodbye to Single-Girl Summer, yes to the dress

Este Haim rang in the New Year with, well, a ring. The musician married tech entrepreneur Jonathan Levin on New Year’s Eve in California in a swanky ceremony, which included past collaborator Taylor Swift.

“I’ve been looking forward to this day since I was five,” Este told Vogue, who tagged along with Haim during her dress fitting at Louis Vuitton in November. The voluminous garment was designed by her friend Nicolas Ghesquière. “I had this vision of me, coming down a spiral staircase … in this giant ballroom gown, and then my fiancé, [my] husband, would be at the bottom and grab my hand.”

Levin popped the question on December 22, 2024 — much to Haim’s surprise. “I had Mario Badescu acne medication on, my hair was in a top knot, I had no makeup on, I was in sweats and sneakers, and we were on a hike,” she told the fashion magazine. Haim and Levin met on a blind date set up by friends, and their first outing was at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn, an art galley and performance space, per GQ.

Haim, the band, dropped their most recent record, I Quit, last year, an ode to breakups that prompted them to declare it a “single-girl summer.” Guess that’s over for at least one sister.
