Bunnie Xo is sharing a first look inside the massive Tennessee home she kept following her divorce from Jelly Roll.
The Dumb Blonde podcast host recently welcomed comedian Matt Matthews to the newly completed property, taking him on a tour of the sprawling estate in a TikTok video.
As the pair walked through the home, Matthews was left speechless by several of its standout features, including Bunnie Xo’s enormous walk-in closet, dedicated shoe room and glamorous makeup room.

Before ending their 10-year marriage, Bunnie Xo (real name Alisa DeFord) and Jelly Roll (born Jason DeFord) built the multi-million-dollar home together on a large piece of land in Tennessee.
The house features soaring ceilings, expansive living spaces and plenty of custom touches, but it was Bunnie Xo’s oversized closet, dedicated shoe room and glam room that stole the show during the tour.

After news of the couple’s split became public, Bunnie Xo revealed on a since-deleted episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast that she would keep the newly completed Tennessee home. At the same time, Jelly Roll planned to build his own house on another part of the property.
During the episode, Bunnie Xo said she couldn’t wait to finally move in after years of building the home together. She also shared that she and Jelly Roll still plan to welcome a child together via surrogate and co-parent despite ending their marriage.

The podcast also served as Bunnie Xo’s first in-depth comments on the divorce, as she revealed Jelly Roll had already started dating again and shared that a Mother’s Day argument ultimately led to the divorce filing.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo Have Finalized Their Divorce
Bunnie Xo’s home tour comes just weeks after she and Jelly Roll officially finalized their divorce, ending their 10-year marriage.
According to court documents, Jelly Roll will make a one-time confidential lump-sum payment to Bunnie Xo, eliminating any future alimony claims between the former couple.
The settlement also divides several shared assets, including their homes, vehicles, an aircraft and their intellectual property, though the financial terms remain confidential.
Jelly Roll quietly filed for divorce on May 18, citing irreconcilable differences. News of the filing became public in June before the former couple settled earlier this month.
