While lovers of the show can visit several filming locations around Nashville, like the Grand Ole Opry or the Ryman Auditorium, this is one of the few spots you can actually stay in. You will get kicked out if you try that at the Opry.
Thanks to the vacation rental group Music City Magnolia, Deacon Claybourne’s house is available to rent. It’s listed as Deacon’s House on their website.
Nashville enthusiasts will recognize the exterior of the house immediately: A stone house with a front porch swing that was featured in quite a few scenes on the show.
Who Is Deacon Claybourne?
Deacon Claybourne was a fictional character on the show Nashville, played by Charles Esten. Despite being a talented musician and singer, Claybourne couldn’t quite fight off the demons of alcohol, which kept him from achieving more in his career.
Since the show, Esten has gone on to launch his own music career, releasing his debut album Love Ain’t Pretty in 2024. He has also maintained an acting career and can be seen on the Netflix series Outer Banks.
