Ray Stevens has re-listed his palatial Nashville estate, and pictures show a home fit for a star from country music’s Golden Era.

The singer, songwriter and country humorist’s 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 10,179-square-foot mansion in the upper-crust Belle Meade area of Music City offers soaring high ceilings with exposed beams, oversized windows, large rooms throughout, a chef’s kitchen and more top-notch luxuries.

Highlights of the Country Music Hall of Famer’s stunning mansion include:

  • A spacious owner’s suite that offers a stacked stone fireplace, dual bathrooms and walk-in closets, and French doors that lead directly to the pool area.
  • A pool area that includes an outdoor kitchen and cabana.
  • A separate laundry wing.
  • A whirlpool tub and sauna.
  • A three-car garage.
  • A guest cottage.
  • A finished basement.
  • Professional landscaping.

The country legend first listed the estate for sale for $8.2 million in August of 2023. He later re-listed the property and subsequently lowered the price.

Stevens is now asking $6.3 million for his massive residence, which breaks down to $619 per square foot and a monthly payment of $40,528.

Stevens’ long list of hits over the decades includes “Everything Is Beautiful,” “The Streak,” “Misty,” “Mississippi Squirrel Revival” and more.

Stevens announced in January that 2024 will mark his final run of regular live shows at his Nashville venue, Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom. Now 85, Stevens still plans to write and record, as well as perform select shows after 2024.

George Strait has sold his one-of-a-kind mansion in Texas, and it was actually a real deal. The country legend asked $6.9 million for his 7,925-square-foot home that includes three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half-baths on a hilltop in a very exclusive area of San Antonio. The final selling price was not disclosed.

The house sits on 12.2 acres and includes a gourmet kitchen, separate his and her bathrooms and closets and 14 hand-sculpted masonry fireplaces. The main house is wired for surround sound throughout, and it also features outdoor living spaces including a patio with built-in grill, sink, icemaker and refrigerator. There’s also an infinity pool/spa and a sports court, a workout room with a private bathroom and sauna, and a walk-in safe room.
