Morgan Wallen Is Launching His Own Music Festival

Next spring, Morgan Wallen is putting on a live event unlike anything he’s ever done before.

The singer is launching his very own three-day music festival, called Sand in My Boots Fest.

He shared the news on social media, posting a video announcement and asking fans to mark their calendars for next May.

“I just wanted to hop on here and share some news with y’all. Me and my team have been working on this for a while. We’re gonna be headed south to the beaches and I’m bringing some of my friends with me,” Wallen says in his announcement.

The event takes its name from one of the country superstar’s “Sand in My Boots,” which was a No. 1 hit for him in 2022. A press release further explains that it’ll be a multi-genre event, with a lineup of performers and experiences hand-picked by Wallen himself.

Sand in My Boots is set to take place in Gulf Shores, Ala. on May 16,17 and 18 of 2025. A full lineup and ticketing details are expected to arrive soon.

The new announcement comes not long after Wallen wrapped his massive One Night at a Time Tour, which found the singer selling out stadiums and delivering surprises and special guests across the country.

Recently, he’s also been focused on giving back. Wallen, who’s a native of east Tennessee, made a large donation to victims of Hurricane Helene. He also visited storm victims in his home state, and even wrote a Bible verse on the walls of one storm-ravaged home.
