Reba + Melissa Peterman Shocked After Seeing THIS Co-Star Naked

It’s not often that you get to see your co-workers naked — and in most professions it is highly frowned upon by HR.

Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman were casually watching the series premiere of Shameless in 2011, as they wanted to support their Reba co-star Steve Howey, and got more than they bargained for.

In the Showtime pilot, Howey appears on the screen completely naked in a memorable full-frontal scene that has been living rent-free in the ladies head ever since.

Promoting their new sitcom Happy’s Place, McEntire and Peterman recalled the shocking moment to Entertainment Tonight.

“I’ll never forget us coming to work. ‘Did you see Steve last night?’ ‘Yes, yes I did. Oh! Oh my gosh!’” McEntire says.

Peterman, laughing, adds, “And I said, ‘You need to warn us if there’s gonna be some unclothing happening in Shameless because you’re like our brother. It was too much … But I then did watch it later, after I washed my eyes out. Because you’re so good on it.”

Howey notes that he was well aware of the amount of times he appeared nude in Shameless, joking that’s why he “started working out.”

Peterman insisted that they’ll “give America what it wants” when Howey guests stars in Happy’s Place, informing him that he will definitely have to take his shirt off “at some point.”

The “Fancy” singer played the “single mom who works too hard” in the WB and CW sitcom Reba, which aired from 2001 to 2007. Peterman played Reba’s ex-husband’s new wife, and Howey was married to Reba’s daughter in the series.

Happy’s Place airs Fridays at 8PM ET on NBC.
