Charli XCX Announces Troye Sivan Will Join Her for Primavera Sound

The musicians will bring back their Sweat Tour at the annual festival in Barcelona next year

The Sweat Tour isn’t quite over yet. Charli XCX announced that she and Troye Sivan will team up again during her set at Primavera Sound in Barcelona next summer.

The Brat singer is headlining Primavera alongside Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter at Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum. Charli XCX and Sivan will reunite on Thursday June 5, 2025, the opening night of the festival.

“ok so i know it’s already been announced that im headlining primavera next year, but i had this idea……… @troyesivan u wanna ?” Charli XCX wrote on X. She added a graphic that read: “SWEAT PT. 2.”

The pair embarked on the Sweat Tour over the fall, performing sold-out dates in 22 cities in North America. The tour notably didn’t make it to Europe, so the Barcelona performance will be the debut of Sweat overseas (and the only European stop on the tour, according to a press release). When announcing the collaboration, Primavera Sound noted that fans can purchase day tickets for the festival.

Charli XCX will also headline five shows before performing at Coachella next spring. The Brat tour will begin April 22 in Austin and continue with shows in Minneapolis and Chicago. The final two shows of the run will be held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on April 30 and May 1.
