Shaky Knees Music Festival is bringing a star-studded rock lineup to Atlanta this fall. On Tuesday, the Piedmont Park-hosted festival announced that Deftones, My Chemical Romance, will headline this year’s edition, scheduled for Sept. 19, 20, and 21.
Deftones will headline Friday night, featuring performances by Lenny Kravitz, Sublime, the Marias, Pixies, Idles, Spoon, Inhaler, and Sarah Kinsley. “Welcome to a new era,” the fest wrote on Instagram with the lineup.
Saturday’s lineup, led by MCR, will see the likes of Public Enemy, Cage the Elephant, the Black Keys, the All-American Rejects, TV on the Radio, the Backseat Lovers, and Mannequin Pussy.
On Sunday, Blink-182 will conclude the festivities. Earlier in the evening, Weird Al Yankovic, Vampire Weekend, Alabama Shakes, Lucy Dacus, 4 Non Blondes, Franz Ferdinand, Wet Leg, Devo, FRankz Ferdinand, and Stereophonics are set to make appearances.
General admission tickets for Shaky Knees start at $310 for the three days, $515 for GA+, $825 for VIP, and $2,165 for platinum entry. Fans can also purchase single-day tickets for $160 for GA, $310 for GA+, VIP for $515, and $1,085 for Platinum entry. Pre-sale is set for Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. ET followed by a public on-sale the following day.
VIP seats earn folks access to “prime viewing areas” at three different stages, including access to shaded, relaxed seating and restrooms with AC, along with complimentary beer and water. Platinum seats add exclusive on-stage viewing at one stage and front-of-stage views at another. Platinum access includes complimentary bar service, along with a curated food menu.
Last year’s edition was headlined by Noah Kahan, Weezer and Foo Fighter, the Killers, Muse, and the Lumineers at Central Park led the music festival in 2023.
