Rapper Announces ‘Truth to Power’ Trek

Ice Cube will deliver hits from across his 40-year career on his North American tour launching later this year.

The 22-date “Truth to Power: 4 Decades of Attitude” tour kicks off Sept. 4 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and will wrap Oct. 9 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. The run is being billed as Ice Cube’s first domestic coast-to-coast tour in over a decade (though he has performed plenty of times across North America over the past 10-plus years).

“Truth to Power is more than a tour — it’s a 40-year celebration,” Ice Cube said in a statement. “The world needs truth. The people need power. And that’s what my music brings. It’s gonna be next level to go from city to city with a major production unlike anything I’ve ever done before.”

Tickets for the “Truth to Power” trek go on sale April 18 at 10 a.m. local time, while a fan club presale will start April 16 at 10 a.m. local time. Full information is available on Ice Cube’s website
