If you didn’t catch Billie Eilish‘s Hit Me Hard and Soft shows in 2024, you might get a chance to see them later this year. On Monday, the pop star announced an extension to her latest album’s tour, featuring stops across the United States and two shows in Tokyo.
After wrapping her European tour at the end of July, Eilish will play two shows in Japan in mid-August, before returning to the United States in mid-October. The singer will play a trio of shows in Miami, followed by stops in Charlotte, North Carolina; Long Island, New York; New Orleans; Austin; Phoenix; and San Francisco.
“Heard you wanted more shows,” Eilish wrote on Instagram with the tour dates. “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR. PART 2!!!!!!!!!”
Tickets for the upcoming U.S. shows will go on sale Tuesday, May 20 at noon local time for American Express cardholders. The general on-sale is set for Friday, May 30 at 12 p.m.
For the run, Eilish will work with Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange program, which prohibits ticket-scalping in most states, except for New York. Fans will be able to buy and resell their tickets at the original price paid. The singer will also donate $1 from each ticket sold to Reverb, the organization dedicated to supporting food insecurity and climate change causes.
Eilish has yet to announce openers for the fall shows. During her dates in 2024, which included stops in major markets, including New York City and Los Angeles, she brought Towa Bird, Nat & Alex Wolff, the Marías, and Ashnikko on the road with her.
Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft dropped nearly a year ago today on May 17, 2024, with no preceding singles, but earned chart-topping hits with “Lunch,” “Birds of a Feather,” and “Chihiro.” The album is her “coming-of-age album and her coming-out album, with a nonstop rush of emotional and musical quick-change swerves,” according to a Rolling Stone review by Rob Sheffield.
