Los Dareyes de la Sierra will be going on their first-ever tour of the United States. On Tuesday, the música mexicana band announced a 20-city run celebrating their album Redención.
The band, fronted by José Darey Castro, will kick off its tour in Los Angeles at the Belasco Theater on Aug. 1, before stopping in cities such as San Diego, Phoenix, Chicago, Boston, Sacramento, and Berkeley. The run will wrap in Portland on Sept. 21.
The tour will be “a celebration of culture, legacy and the enduring spirit of música de la sierra,” according to a press release, and will include special guests on each night. Tickets for the Redención tour go on sale June 27 at 12 p.m. local time. Fans can also access VIP packages, some of which include meet-and-greet opportunities with the band.
Los Dareyes released the deluxe edition of their collaborative album Redención earlier this year, featuring songs such as “Vita Fer” with Tito Double P, “Supreme” with Peso Pluma, “Boneless” with Netón Vega, and “Polvo de Hadas” with Luis R Conriquez.
