Slim Thug has denied being obsessed with Megan Thee Stallion after the veteran rapper recently bemoaned her new relationship with Klay Thompson.
In an Instagram Live rant, Thug said: “As much as I like the Stallion, I wanna be treated like a king. She a whole queen.”
He then commented on her gifting Thompson a $300,000 watch: “Man, what kinda gift you gotta buy her back if she give you a $300,000 watch? I can’t have no woman ‘little boy’ me. Like, I represent boss energy.”
Slim added in a separate video: “I have never, on my kids, actually tried to talk to the Stallion, you stupid fucks. I’ve hyped her up because she’s the Houston motherfucking queen, you dumb fucks. Never did I think I’d wanna pay for gifts for a Stallion. She up there with Beyoncé.”
He continued: “And you stupid fucks who think I’m stalking the Stallion, why the fuck she call me to get in her video? Why the fuck she call me when she came to perform in Houston?”
Slim concluded by saying he was happy for the couple: “I would never hate on her. I salute her and Klay. Happy to see everybody happy.”
Megan and Thompson recently went public with their relationship.
The new couple stepped out together for the rapper’s inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York.
The Houston Hottie also spoke to PEOPLE about the romance, saying: “Oh, we met and it was such a meet cute it was like a fucking movie. I won’t tell you how and I won’t tell you when, but it was a movie that he’s the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life.”
The gala is named after Megan’s late parents and she also shared a few words about them: “I feel like they can see what I’m doing right now. I feel like they’re looking down on me from heaven, and I feel like they’re like, ‘Yes, daughter!’ I feel like my momma’s so happy.”
She added: “I feel like she is clapping. I feel like my great-grandma is so happy. I feel like my daddy is like, ‘this is exactly what I knew my child was gonna do.’ I feel like they’re super proud.”
