Brooke Hogan Questions Lack of Autopsy After Hulk Hogan’s Death

Brooke Hogan is speaking out about the death of her father, legendary WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan, and she’s got some serious questions, starting with why there was no autopsy performed.

In an appearance on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, Brooke got candid about the sudden passing of her estranged father, who died on July 24 in Clearwater, Fla., at the age of 71.

While Hulk had a history of heart issues and leukemia, Brooke still can’t help but wonder: What really caused his heart attack, and why wasn’t there a deeper investigation?

“I do think it’s weird that no autopsy was performed, because yes, you can have a heart attack, but what was the reason for the heart attack, is the question,” the 37-year-old says.

Unanswered Questions About Hulk’s Health

According to Brooke, Hulk, whose real name was Terry Bollea, had been sticking to his health regimen up until his death.

“He was up and doing breathing exercises and stuff,” Brooke explains. “That means the surgery on his heart was a success and it was working.”

But despite his efforts to stay healthy, Hulk’s history of atrial fibrillation — a disorder that causes irregular heartbeats — combined with his past battles with leukemia, only raises more questions about what really happened that day.

A Family Disconnected

Although Brooke hadn’t spoken to her father in the two years leading up to his passing, she still recalls the intense struggles he faced with his health.

“He had so many ablations and cardioversions,” she remembers, referring to medical procedures meant to treat his heart issues. “I remember back then praying, ‘Dear God, please don’t let this be the day my dad dies.’”

It was also revealed that Brooke chose to remove herself from Hulk’s will back in 2023.

According to anonymous sources, she decided because she “didn’t trust a single person” around her father and wanted to avoid any potential legal drama following his death.

Despite removing herself from the will, Brooke remains a beneficiary of a life insurance trust her father set up before passing.
