The singer will perform at PH Live at Planet Hollywood on Nov. 8
Jessica Simpson is ready to debut her recent country music releases with a new show. On Thursday, the star announced that she’ll play an exclusive concert at t PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Nov. 8 this year in celebration if her two-part EPs Nashville Canyon.
Tickets are set to go on sale on Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. PT to fans of Simpson, before another presale on Saturday. Regular tickets will go on sale Monday, Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. PT.
The show comes several months after she dropped Nashville Canyon: Part I, her first collection of original music since 2008. Her two Nashville Canyon projects — the second drops on Sept. 5 — were produced with JD McPherson, and seeral other Nashville songwriters.
In March, Simpson spoke to Rolling Stone about the five-track EP and her perspective on her career. “When I’ve had success in my life is when I’ve just been honest and real,” she said atht eimt ime. “I’ve never gotten a chance to do that in music until now.”
In May, she marked her return to TV, appearing on American Idol for her first on-screen performance in 15 years. She also appeared on the Today Show, where she covered “These Boots Are Made for Walkin’” and other songs from her recent project. She also performed “I Think I’m in Love With You” from her 1999 album Sweet Kisses for the first time since 2004.
Simpson also set to perform at the Grand Ole Opry on Sept. 9, 2025, shortly after releasing her second Nashville Canyon EP. “I feel so very blessed to get the opportunity that dreams are made of returning to the Opry stage during its 100th year,” Simpson wrote on Instagram. “My most precious memories from my Opry debut (2008) are all held with the radiance of Mrs. Loretta Lynn’s gracious smile, heart, words, hugs, hand holdin’ and introduction.”
