Barcelona’s Primavera Sound has an explosive lineup to look forward to in 2026. The music festival returns to the Parc del Fòrum from June 4 through 6 with appearances from the Cure, Doja Cat, the XX, and Gorillaz.
Across the three-day event, Massive Attack, Addison Rae, My Bloody Valentine, Mac DeMarco, Pinkpantheress, Skrillex, Peggy Gou, Lola Young, and Father John Misty will also perform. The lineup, which features 150 artists, continues with Role Model, Marina, Jade, Amaarae, Kneecap, Ethel Cain, Bad Gyal, Big Thief, Wet Leg, Little Simz, Slowdive, Alex G, Dijon, and Blood Orange.
Registration for the Primavera Sound 2026 fan sale is open now. General sale is scheduled to begin on Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. CEST.
The lineup follows this year’s pop girl takeover at Primavera Sound, which featured headlining performances from Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and Charli XCX. Festival organizers seem eager to keep the pop thread alive, captioning their Instagram post announcing the album with lyrics from Addison Rae’s “Headphones On.”
The Primavera a la Ciutat schedule for 2026 has not yet been revealed. Last year’s lineup for the parallel concert program that precedes the main event included performances at Barcelona’s Sala Apolo, La (2) de Apolo, Razzmatazz, Paral·lel 62, La Nau, LAUT, and Enfants. Beach House, Kneecap, and Jane Remover led the series.
A press release for the event notes that Kneecap “are more than welcome at Primavera Sound and will return on their own merits after their performance at last year’s festival.” The Irish group has garnered both support and criticism following months of controversy stemming from their sets at Coachella in April, where they made a point of raising awareness about Israel’s ongoing attacks on Palestine.
Additional performers include Geese, Rayvn Lenae, Cara Delevingne, Knocked Loose, Men I Trust, Rilo Kiley, Viagra Boys, and more.
