Riley Green has sold his home in Nashville for just over a million dollars, and pictures show a luxurious property.

How Much Did Rily Green’s House Sell For?

The 36-year-old “Worst Way” singer listed his 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,826-square-foot home in the trendy Charlotte Park area of Music City for sale in April of 2025, asking $1,059,999.

According to online property sites, Green accepted $1,040,500 for his house in a deal that closed on Oct. 2.

That final selling price breaks down to $368 per square foot and a monthly payment of $4,745.

What Are the Highlights of Riley Green’s House?

The main floor features an open floor plan in which the living room, dining area and kitchen all flow together, creating a spacious feel.

The house has 10-foot ceilings throughout with exposed beams, while the pro-level kitchen serves as a focal point for the entire home.

Highlights of the kitchen include:

The house also offers extra storage, as well as a nearly 300-square-foot covered back porch with remote-controlled, motorized screen and a fully fenced back yard.

Who Is Riley Green?

Riley Green first shot to country music fame with the release of his debut single, “There Was This Girl,” in 2018. His other hits include “I Wish Grandpas Never Died.”

Green has also collaborated with Thomas Rhett on “Half of Me,” Luke Combs on “Different ‘Round Here” and Ella Langley on “You Look Like You Love Me.”

He scored a No. 1 hit in 2025 with “Worst Way.”
