Rilo Kiley Bring Out Waxahatchee for ‘With Arms Outstretched’ in L.A.


Band closes out the 2025 reunion tour with first performance of “Let Me Back In” since 2007

Rilo Kiley wrapped up their 2025 reunion tour Saturday at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, where the group welcomed Waxahatchee to the stage for “With Arms Outstretched.”

The Katie Crutchfield-led project served as Rilo Kiley’s opening act on the latest West Coast leg of the reunion tour, with Jenny Lewis sometimes dedicating “With Arms Outstretched” to Crutchfield during the recent run of shows.

This time around, the band brought out Crutchfield to perform The Execution of All Things favorite, with Lewis and Crutchfield (wearing an Execution of All Things shirt) trading verses on the track:

For the last show of the reunion tour, Rilo Kiley also performed the RKives deep cut “Let Me Back In” live for the first time since 2007:

After going on hiatus in 2011, Rilo Kiley first announced plans to reform back in February, with the reunion tour kicking off in May. The trek stretched nearly 40 shows, and while the group hasn’t revealed much about the future of Rilo Kiley, the reunion will stretch into at least 2026, with a pair of Barcelona gigs (including at the Primavera Sound festival) already booked.
