“Being at the Latin Grammys and now having the opportunity to be the official host is an honor I can’t put into words,” Maluma tells Rolling Stone in a statement. “It’s a challenge I accept with humility and gratitude, and I want to share with all of you that during the night, I have a very special surprise that I know will excite you.”

He adds, “Thank you to the Academy for trusting me with this truly important moment in my career. Let’s go all out!”

Alongside Maluma will be Latin Grammy host veteran Sánchez, who has hosted the awards show seven times before, including most recently in 2023.
