The Band outside Manuel and Hudson’s house in 1969, overlooking the Ashokan Reservoir. The dog, Hamlet, formerly belonged to Bob Dylan. “Hamlet started nipping Bob’s kids,” Landy says. “He had young children at that point. He was a playful, super nice dog. So, Bob had to give the dog away, and I guess he gave him to Rick.”
