Stars who joined Benito included Young Miko, Pedro Pascal, Jessica Alba, Karol G, and more
La Casita has become a staple of Bad Bunny‘s recent tours: The little pink house, styled to look like a traditional Puerto Rico home, was a mainstay of Bad Bunny’s No Me Quiero Ir De Aqui residency and it’s been a fixture as he’s plotted his Debí Tirar Más Fotos shows across Latin America. This has been the place where many of Bad Bunny’s celebrity friends have hung out and watched his performances in the past — and on Sunday, Bad Bunny brought the famed set piece to the Super Bowl stage.
The Casita was jam-packed with some of Benito’s closest buds during the historic performance. As Bad Bunny worked through some of his most energetic reggaeton hits, the cameras panned out to show Karol G, Cardi B, Jessica Alba, Alix Earle, David Grutman, Pedro Pascal, and Young Miko all hanging out there. Young Miko has performed in La Casita before, having popped out during Bad Bunny’s No Me Quiero Ir De Aqui residency. (Other celebs who have made appearances at the little house in the past include Mbappe, Darren Aronofsky, Austin Butler, and Penelope Cruz.)
The cameos didn’t stop there, of course. New Yorkers were proud to see their very own Toñita, the owner of the eponymous Puerto Rican social club in Brooklyn where Bad Bunny hangs out when he’s in the city.
But the biggest surprises of the night were the guest performers: Fans were shocked to see Lady Gaga grace the stage to perform a salsa version of her Bruno Mars duet “Die With a Smile.” She also busted a few salsa steps and danced with Benito during “Baile Inolvidable.” Later, Ricky Martin stepped out to help Bad Bunny sing his emotional track “Lo Que Paso a Hawaii.”
Toward the end of the performance, Bad Bunny shouted out “God bless America!” and named every country in Latin America. Throughout his set, he honored Puerto Rican culture, showcasing everything from dancers to famed boxers to old men playing dominoes.
