Morgan Wallen has canceled his scheduled gig in Pittsburgh for Saturday night (June 6), citing “severe adverse weather conditions” in the area and safety concerns.
Why Did Morgan Wallen Cancel His Pittsburgh Show?
The country superstar was set to perform at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh as part of his Still the Problem Tour, which launched in Minneapolis on April 10 and runs through Aug. 1, when it is set to wrap in Philadelphia.
He turned to social media on Saturday afternoon to break disappointing news to his fans.
“After talking with local officials and my team, there is no choice but to cancel tonight’s show due to severe adverse weather conditions expected throughout the rest of the day and night,” he writes on his Instagram Story.
“Safety for my fans and crew is my highest priority,” he adds.
“Refunds available at point of purchase.”

The scheduled show was supposed to be Wallen’s second night at the stadium venue. He performed there successfully on Friday night (June 5) with opening acts Brooks & Dunn, Gavin Adcock and Zach John King.
King and Adcock were slated to join Wallen again on Saturday night, with Ella Langley rotating into the lineup in place of Brooks & Dunn.
Wallen offered no apology, and his message gives no indication of the possibility of a makeup date.

According to CBS in Pittsburgh, the area is expecting possible strong to severe storms after 2PM.
The weather system is expected to move through Pittsburgh between 4PM and 6PM, bringing the threat of heavy winds and hail, as well as the possibility of isolated tornadoes.
Is Morgan Wallen Touring in 2026?
Yes.
Wallen announced his 2026 Still the Problem Tour in October of 2025. The initial announcement included 21 shows in 11 cities, with two shows in all but Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The tour features nothing but stadium dates in the largest venues in the country, including Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Denver’s Empower Field at Mile High and Soldier Field in Chicago.
In addition to Langley and Brooks & Dunn, Thomas Rhett and Hardy will also serve as direct support on some shows, with a rotating roster of support acts scattered across the dates.
