Bryan Ferry and Amelia Barratt Announce New Album Loose Talk, Share New Song: Listen


Bryan Ferry has announced a new album with performance artist, writer, and painter Amelia Barratt: Loose Talk arrives March 28 via Ferry’s own label, Dene Jesmond. Today, Ferry and Barratt have shared lead single “Orchestra,” which arrives with a video directed and shot by Ferry. Check it out below, and scroll down for the album art and tracklist.

Ferry and Barratt, who met by chance at an exhibition opening, first collaborated on the recent single “Star,” which appears on the Roxy Music frontman’s compilation Retrospective: Selected Recordings 1973-2023.

Loose Talk is Ferry’s first studio album of new, original music since 2014’s Avonmore. He more recently released Bitter-Sweet, featuring remakes of old songs, in 2018.
