St. Vincent Wins Best Rock Song for “Broken Man” at 2025 Grammys

St. Vincent has won the Best Rock Song trophy at the 2025 Grammy Awards for her song “Broken Man” from All Born Screaming. Annie Clark beat out songs by the Black Keys “Beautiful People (Stay High),” Green Day (“Dilemma”), Idles (“Gift Horse”), and Pearl Jam (“Dark Matter”).

Shortly afterwards, St. Vincent also won Best Alternative Music Performance for “Flea” and Best Alternative Music Album for All Born Screaming. The second nomination that “Broken Man” earned, for Best Rock Performance, did not pull through, as the Beatles won with “Now and Then.”

Last year, Boygenius’ Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus snagged the Best Rock Song Grammy for their track “Not Strong Enough.”
