Yung Lean Announces Release Date for New Album Jonatan, Shares Video: Watch


Yung Lean has shared the first taste of his new album Jonatan. The Swedish artist’s new single, “Forever Yung,” arrives with a music video directed by Aidan Zamiri. The visual features appearances from Lean’s Sad Boys compadres Yung Sherman and Gud. Watch it below; scroll down for the Jonatan artwork.

Jonatan is out on May 2 via World Affairs. The album is the Swede’s first solo effort under the Yung Lean moniker since 2022’s Stardust. The musician born Jonatan Aron Leandoer Håstad has more recently adopted the name Jonatan Leandoer96 for 2023’s Sugar World, and made collaborative albums with Gud (Död Mark 4Evigt) and Bladee (Psykos).
