Vampire Weekend’s Chris Baio and Fort Romeau Announce Debut C.Y.M. Album, Share New Song: Listen


Vampire Weekend’s Chris Baio and British producer Fort Romeau, a.k.a. Mike Greene, are releasing their debut album as C.Y.M. Today, they have shared its first single, “Life of Mine,” featuring Day Wave. Check out a Tom Mull–directed video for that below. The album, C.Y.M., arrives October 17 via ADA.

Recorded over the course of four years in Los Angeles, London, Paris, Glasgow, and Lagos, the album features guest appearances from Cherry Glazerr, Lagos’s pop singer Solis4Evr, and Crenshaw rapper Nana. C.Y.M. released their debut EP, which was also self-titled, in 2019.
