CFCF Announces New Album L.U.V.

Mike Silver has announced a new CFCF album. The Montreal producer will release L.U.V., his first album under the moniker since 2021’s Memoryland, on June 12 via BGM Solutions. Today, he shared a lead single from the record, “Let’s Kill Ourselves,” which features Touching Ice and TECHG1RLS. Check that out below.

“I didn’t want to necessarily make a Memoryland 2,” Silver said in press materials, “but to me this is an organic successor to that album. The overall vibe of L.U.V. is meant to be sort of Eurodance with a sophisticated edge. It’s music for an adult lifestyle.”

Although Silver has yet to confirm a track list for L.U.V., he did announce a few tour dates later this year. After playing in Oslo on April 8, he’ll head back to North America for shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Brooklyn, and Montreal; he’ll be accompanied by ear, the duo of Jonah Paz and Yaelle Avtan, on his California dates.
