Hear Demi Lovato’s Sultry New Single ‘Low Rise Jeans’

The singer will release a deluxe edition of her most recent album, It’s Not That Deep (Unless You Want It To Be), later this month

Demi Lovato has dropped a new single, “Low Rise Jeans.” The track is the first new offering from her forthcoming deluxe album, It’s Not That Deep (Unless You Want It To Be), out April 24.

The thumping, upbeat dance-pop track was produced and co-written with Zhone, and see Lovato celebrating how much her low rise jeans are turning someone on. “I’m in my low rise jeans/ You don’t need your imagination/ I’m in my see through tee-shirt,” she sings. “I can feel your anticipation/ Pushing up on me, pressing up on me.”

It’s Not That Deep (Unless You Want It To Be) features eight new tracks and is an extension of Lovato’s recent album It’s Not That Deep, released in October. The LP followed the singer’s rock pivot on 2022’s Holy Fvck and 2023’s Revamped, which reimagined her classic hits as punk songs. Lovato described the album as “a perfect reflection of where I’m at today.”

Zhone, who executive produced the album, told Rolling Stone last year, “It’s been so inspiring working with Demi and experiencing her journey of continued leveling up. She is such a master in the studio. This album is about letting inhibitions go, and we had so much fun making this music! It really comes across throughout.”
