Grammy Award-winning R&B sensation Ella Mai has officially returned with fresh material, unveiling her highly anticipated new EP, 3Two. Available now across all major digital streaming platforms, the concise but impactful project serves as a welcome reintroduction to the British singer-songwriter’s signature brand of diary-like contemporary R&B.
Stepping back into the musical spotlight following the massive success of her acclaimed sophomore studio album, Heart On My Sleeve, Mai uses 3Two to lean heavily into the nostalgic, mid-tempo grooves and sharp emotional lyricism that initially catapulted her to global superstardom.
The new EP offers a deeply personal, unfiltered look into the complexities of modern romance, boundaries, and emotional growth. Whether navigating the lingering tension of heartbreak or asserting her own self-worth, Mai’s effortlessly smooth, tone-rich vocal delivery remains the undisputed focal point of the release.
By blending polished, contemporary production with the foundational R&B sensibilities that have earned her a dedicated global fanbase, 3Two gives listeners a concentrated dose of the authentic storytelling they have come to expect from the “Boo’d Up” hitmaker.
Serving as both a satisfying standalone project and a perfect appetizer, the EP successfully sets the stage for the next highly anticipated full-length chapter of her evolving career.
3Two is available to stream and download now on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major digital platforms.
