Arca Remixes Addison Rae’s “Aquamarine”: Listen

Addison Rae has shared Arca’s new remix of her recent single, “Aquamarine.” “When I asked Arca if she’d be open or interested in remixing Aqua, I knew whatever she’d create would be pure magic,” Rae recently explained. “I haven’t stopped listening to it since I was sent the first demo.” The new, slowed-down, reggaeton-inflected song is called “Aquamarine / Arcamarine,” and you can listen to it below.

Rae released “Aquamarine” last month, alongside a music video directed by Sean Price Williams. This year, she also dropped the single “Diet Pepsi” and featured on a remix of Charli XCX’s “Von Dutch,” both of which she performed at Charli XCX’s Madison Square Garden show. (“Von Dutch A. G. Cook Remix Featuring Addison Rae” is also up for the 2025 Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording.)

Arca released her four most recent KICK albums in 2021, after sharing KiCk i in 2020. More recently, she teamed up with Tokischa for “Chama.”
