Bloc Party Announce Silent Alarm Anniversary Tour

Bloc Party’s landmark 2005 debut album, Silent Alarm, turns 20 this year. To celebrate, the UK post-punk revivalists will play the record in full, plus other hits from their catalog, on an anniversary tour of North America later this year. They’ll be joined by special guests Metric, who will also be performing their 2009 album Fantasies front-to-back. Find the tour dates below.

Bloc Party previously celebrated Silent Alarm on tour in 2018 and 2019. Their last album, Alpha Games, came out in 2022. Last year, the band shared the song “Flirting Again” in advance of performances at Glastonbury and London’s Crystal Palace Park. And, more recently, Bloc Party singer Kele shared the solo album The Singing Winds Pt. 3.
