Avalon Emerson Launches Singles Series With New Song “Don’t Be Seen With Me”: Listen

Avalon Emerson has shared a cover of Oppenheimer Analysis “Don’t Be Seen With Me,” which marks both her signing to Dead Oceans and the launch of a new singles series, Perpetual Emotion Machine. Listen to the track below, and check out her full list of upcoming tour dates.

In a press release, Emerson said of the series, “These songs were created for my DJ sets. Whether they’re entirely original, edits to recontextualize old favorites, instrumental, or feature me singing, they are all part of my perpetual emotion machine. And the machine steams on.”

Perpetual Emotion Machine is a return to dance music for Emerson, following her dream-pop album & the Charm in 2023. Revisit the interview “Why Techno Rule-Breaker Avalon Emerson Traded Club Bangers for Featherlight Dream-Pop.”
