Pino Palladino and Blake Mills have announced their second collaborative album. The new album, That Wasn’t a Dream, lands on August 22 (via New Deal/Impulse!). Check out the artists’ new song “Taka” below.

Palladino and Mills recorded That Wasn’t a Dream over two months at Los Angeles’ Sound City Studios. The new album has contributions from drummer Chris Dave and saxophonist Sam Gendel.
