Nourished by Time Shares Video for New Song “Baby Baby”: Watch

Nourished by Time has shared a video for “Baby Baby,” the new single from his incoming album The Passionate Ones. Check it out below.

Nourished by Time’s Marcus Brown directed the video himself, setting his acerbic assessment of the American Dream at the New Jersey entertainment complex of the same name. “If you can bomb Palestine/You can bomb Mondawmin,” Brown raps in the song, referencing the Baltimore neighborhood and shopping mall where Freddie Gray was arrested in 2015 before being killed in police custody.

Brown’s Erotic Probiotic 2 follow-up and XL debut, The Passionate Ones arrives August 22, backed by a tour of North America and Europe that kicks off in his hometown of Baltimore in September. After the last record, Brown arrived on XL with the EP Catching Chickens. Recent singles “Max Potential” and “9 2 5” feature on the new LP.

On August 5, Brown will host a 24-hour livestream on his YouTube page, described as a series of “sounds, collaborations, and unfolding moments.”
