Doechii has won Best Music Video for “Anxiety” at the 2026 Grammys. The clip, directed by James Mackel, was selected over Vania Heymann and Gal Muggia’s hitchhiking odyssey for Sabrina Carpenter’s “Manchild”; the darkly stylish monochrome of Hannan Hussain and Clipse’s “So Be It”; the kaleidoscopic stunts of OK Go’s “Love”; and Sade’s quietly nostalgic, Sophie Muller-directed “Young Lion.” OK Go are the only nominees to have a prior win in the category. (No prizes for guessing what that was for.) Last year’s winner was “Not Like Us,” directed by Kendrick Lamar himself alongside Dave Free.
“This could not have been done without the 200 people who worked on it,” said the video’s producer, Jolene Mendes, while accepting the trophy.
This is Doechii’s second Grammy overall, after her 2025 Best Rap Album win for Alligator Bites Never Heal.
