Watch Jeff Tweedy Perform “Lou Reed Was My Babysitter” on Kimmel

Jeff Tweedy was the musical guest on this week’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Accompanied by his band, which includes his sons Spencer and Sammy Tweedy, the Wilco frontman played “Lou Reed Was My Babysitter,” off last year’s Twilight Override. Check out the performance below.

Tweedy’s Kimmel performance follows appearances earlier this year on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and The Daily Show. He’s also in the midst of a solo North American tour, which will conclude in Bozeman, Montana on April 9. Just a few weeks later, he’ll hit the road with Wilco for a summer tour with support from Yo La Tengo and Hovvdy.

Beyond their standard tour route, Wilco have some key festival dates lined up this summer. They’ll once again headline their annual Solid Sound Festival in Massachusetts in June, alongside the Breeders, Gang of Four, and Billy Bragg. They’ll also appear on select stops of Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival, playing at three Texas shows in July with the likes of Sheryl Crow, Margo Price, and Nelson himself.
