Adcock’s charges stemmed from a mid-May incident in which he was arrested for reckless driving and violation of open container laws. His bond was set at $1,000, and he was released from jail hours later.
Later on that day, Adcock — sitting in a vehicle, and sporting a different shirt than the one he wore to court — gave an update that left some fans alarmed.
“Well, I just got out of court. Going away for some time,” he says in the video. “At least I dropped this album last Friday so y’all can listen to it when I’m gone.”
He didn’t leave fans hanging for too long.
In the caption of his post, he adds, “Not really but I hope y’all love this album.”
